ME ME ME!!!! I am a member of Carrie's fan club. If you are, you can register to win a meet and greet for any concert you go to. Only about 10 people from the fan club win for each show. (In case you are wondering, to make it fair, you can only win 1 per year.) I am going to see her in 2 weeks in Atlanta. As I was getting ready to go to dinner tonight, I got a call from the fan club telling me that I had won! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!! I have met her briefly 2 other times. The first time was for less than 10 seconds after a concert. She was doing an autograph signing, and her manager was hearding us like cattle. The second time was at the Fan Club Party last year. I got my picture made with her, but it was with 4 other people. This time, I will be able to spend a couple of minutes with her, and get a picture taken with just me!!! YAY!
Does anyone in blogland have any ideas what I should say to her? After all, what do you say to your "Idol" when you only have a minute or two?

You should very calmly say: "Hi Carrie, it is so great to meet. I am a long time fan and really enjoy your music." Then you could ask her about Africa or how she feels about being inducted to the Grand Ole Opry, etc. The key is to be cool as a cucumber! I'm excited for you!!!
Your obsession with Carrie Underwood worries me at times. But if it makes you feel any better, I'd probably stalk Kylie Minogue if she ever came to Birmingham.
