STRESS
I had a long post planned out to tell you all about what's been happening in my life and show you pictures. However, my work has just gone through an audit which has caused increased processes and added stress. We also learned yesterday that Obama, my favorite president ever, is trying to cut $38 billion out of home health care in the next few years, which will significantly affect my job and how much money I make. I put a contract to build a house last week...which I planned to tell you all about....but now I'm scared. If I cant keep my job and at the current level, then I wouldn't be able to afford it. The reality of being laid off hit home in my family today too.....sooooooo....I am THANKFUL I still have a great job.....but am nervous about the future...will I be laid off in a year or two? If so, how will that effect the decisions I make today? So... now I must go continue on the process of my couch to 5K program to try to de-stress!

Remember to take one day at a time!!! Also come to class because we miss you! If you can't come then we need to get together for dinner another night! ;) Maybe a drink would help the stress!
Thanks guys! I missed you too. I called Paris to let her know that I couldn't make it back in town in time for class....but I will definitely be there on Monday! Holly, Id love to go to dinner!
Hey! Didn't realize you did home health. I did that on the side for about two years..whew! I'll take the kiddies anyday! :) So sorry to hear that you have been so stressed, right in the middle of this really great time (picking out a house, wow!)I think that we have perhaps a false sense of security some times with out healthcare professions and that there will always be that money for us.. we essentially pay our own salaries and then pay it back to the gov't for them to pay it back to us! But, lately, I know my security has been a bit shaken! How about this, I pray for you and you pray for me? And if that class everyone is photog class, then get there and let go of some of that stress! :)
You are so awesome for sharing, so many times we...I mean I keep it all inside and oh how much time have I wasted by not letting it into the open where others can pray, listen, love and learn we are not alone. Praising Him for you and lifting you up to Him today! Hope to see you soon:)
