Practice photo shoot

Let me start by reminding everyone that I in NO way want to be a children's photographer. I do have some things in mind, but taking photos of children for money is not one of them. Now that's out of the way, I took Ben to Botanical Gardens again today to practice what I've been learning in my light measurement class. I took a million pictures because that boy is ALWAYS on the run, but I did get a few good ones, I think. I still have a long way to go! I can't seem to get the brightness that I want. Erin, if you are reading this...I'd love some suggestions. Photography friends...please feel free to critique and give me suggestions. These photos are not photoshopped...I still need help with that! By the way....blogger is blurring the pictures for some reason!! Click on the picture to see it larger and unblurred. Without further ado...here is my handsome Godson!

The pictures are great. You need to stop comparing them to other people and have confidence!!

I think that they are just great! You should stop comparing them and just play around on photo shop. You would be so suprised at what a little croping and turning would do for them! Keep up the good work and get your running shoes out! We are coming to the Gardens soon for you to get your "practice on" At least 1 of the 2 kids will be still for you! :)
